We proudly offer free shipping across India. For our international customers, we also provide shipping, charges are paid by the customer at the time of checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed.

- Standard Shipping: 7-13 working days. We use reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge of ₹250. Guaranteed delivery within 3-4 working days.

- Delivery time is 15-18 working days. We strive to expedite international shipments and check each order thoroughly before dispatch.

Pre-Order Products:
- Delivery time for pre-order items is 25-30 working days as these products are made to order.
4. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Orders: Free shipping is available for all orders across India, except during promotional periods or on sale items. Shipping costs for express delivery are ₹250.
- International Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
5. Customs and Duties
- Domestic Orders: No additional taxes or charges will be applied during checkout.
- International Orders: Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
6. Delivery Issues
In the event that a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, reshipping will be arranged at the customer’s expense. We will notify you if reshipping is necessary and provide instructions for payment.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

@tbfobyyashica.com allows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Exchange Fee: An exchange charge of ₹200 will apply. This fee covers the cost of return pickup.
Process:
Initiation: To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product, stating the reason for the exchange.
Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with tags and the original bill.
Video Requirement: Send us a video of the product being packed for return.
Return Pickup: Our team will arrange for the return pickup once you’ve provided the required video and details.
Exchange Shipping: The replacement product will be shipped only after we have received the returned item.
Payment: Please make the exchange payment of ₹200 .
Processing Time: The entire exchange process may take up to 15 days. If you are exchanging for a different size, please specify the new size. For exchanges involving different products, provide the details of the desired item.

Return : We don’t take returns on items sold once.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
